What are your opening hours?
Hours are shown on our Contact and About pages and come directly from our live schedule. They may change on holidays — ordering online is only available when we are open for orders.
Do you deliver?
Yes. When you check out you can choose delivery, takeaway, or dine-in (when available). Delivery fees and timing depend on your address and driver availability.
How do I track my order?
Signed-in customers can open My Orders from the menu. You can also use the tracking link from your confirmation SMS or email when provided.
Can I change or cancel after ordering?
Contact us right away via phone or WhatsApp. Once preparation has started we may not be able to change items; refunds follow our Terms and store policy.
Allergies and dietary needs?
Please mention allergies in your order notes and confirm with staff for severe allergies. Ingredients can change; we cannot guarantee an allergen-free kitchen.
